Before you want to return item to us, please read and follow the below instructions.
Non Quality Issues: In some particular situations, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Quality Issue: Our products DON'T work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, in this situation, our return policy will be open for you.
Mis-Ordered Products: If you order wrong item by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you, please be aware of this.
Shipping options for return items: When you confirm to return the items to us, please contact us for return address and use post service airmail or EMS to return it. Please DON'T use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we will have problem in clearing the clearance and CAN'T get your return item, we will not responsible for that.

1. Full Refund
(1) If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value and pay the extra fee for you.
(2) When the product you received have quality problem. It can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery causing you can not use it. Please return back the item in your cost and we will issue full refund to you,including problem in the hardware, software or adapters.
(3) If you ordered the wrong products and want to cancel order, please send the whole package back to use, we will refund you money.
2. When item out of stock:
If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund. If you want to get refund, we will cancel order and refund the money you pay to you;
if there are still other items for this order and you still want them,we will only cancel the out stock unit and send the rest items to you.
3. When the product is lost in transit to you by shipping company, we will refund fully or resend you a new product.
When can i get refund?
After we receive your return item and check the item in good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service. If the item you returned is over 3 month since order date,we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Note: You can apply for refund within 1 month from the date you received the goods. and need to return item via ordinary airmail.

Warranty: The guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by OBDII365.com. Our QC department will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard. After finishing quality check,our stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.
If you have any using problem of the products buought from OBDII365.com please feedback to us firstly, we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support (Teamviewer Help is needed sometimes) in most of cases.
Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you can not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will handle this ASAP. Please DON'T deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking URL timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange new package for your products.
Videntstore Repair Policy:
When your products get damaged after using some time and needs repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact with OBDII365.com customer service about the repair.
You need to use simple airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.
